Activities for children
Paths dedicated to growth through movement,
play, discipline and expression.
The activities are divided by age and accompany
children in a welcoming and non-competitive environment.

01
JUDO
(from 6 years)
Judo, "the way of yielding," is a Japanese martial art that teaches how to use another's energy with intelligence and balance. Through guided confrontation and playful wrestling, children develop coordination, self-control, respect for the rules, and self-confidence. It's a physical discipline that's also deeply educational, helping them grow together.
02
CLASSICAL DANCE
(from 6 years)
Once the child has developed a good body awareness, they can begin their journey in classical dance, a discipline that combines rigor, music, and harmonious movement. Teaching follows the Sava Method, which integrates the solidity of the Vaganova technique with the musicality and dynamics of the Balanchine style.

03
RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS
Rhythmic Gymnastics (ages 4–12) is a discipline that combines dance, movement, and music with the use of small apparatus such as ropes, hoops, balls, clubs, and ribbons. Through exercises and choreography, girls develop coordination, flexibility, a sense of rhythm, and creativity. A well-rounded activity that fosters physical growth, expressiveness, and team spirit.
04
DANCE GAMES
Giocodanza® (ages 3–6) is a dance introductory program based on educational play. Through movement, music, voice, and imagination, children discover their bodies and develop creativity, expression, and coordination. Play becomes the primary tool for learning, fostering growth, independence, and self-confidence.
